Kevin is the Founder of South Bay Ventures, a Manhattan Beach-based private markets platform focused on connecting sophisticated investors with pre-IPO investment opportunities in high-growth private companies, while providing liquidity solutions for founders, employees, and early shareholders.

Over the course of his career Kevin has completed transactions in 60+ leading private companies including SpaceX, Anthropic, Databricks, Palantir, Coinbase, Spotify, and Airbnb.

Earlier in his career Kevin served as a Senior Vice President and Head of the Private Company Strategies Group at Wedbush Securities, where he was among the first to execute secondary transactions in companies like Facebook, Twitter, and Alibaba, at a time when private company liquidity was still being defined. He later spent over a decade as a Partner at Manhattan Venture Partners, helping build one of the leading platforms in the secondary market for venture-backed companies.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife and two sons.
